Monocular Microscope Nuremberg c.1800

The Monocular Microscope Nuremberg c.1800 is a late 18th Century Nuremberg pattern fruitwood microscope with paper card covered draw-tubes. It also has a lens cup cover with one objective, swivel mirror, the body-tube stage platform and base united by three baluster turned supports.
The microscope is stamped on the underside of the base with maker’s mark.
